We’re back after a nice long break!!! The first article that I want to share with you guys is about setting clear boundaries and say No when it’s a right thing to do.
Often times when we are at work, we tend to develop relationship with our co-worker and want to make it a good and lasting one, so we sometimes try to please them. We will say “Yes” to almost everything they ask us to do…But do you know that instead of spending that time to work on your projects, you’re using that time to do other’s work and make them successful – not you! Therefore, as Warren Buffett said: “The difference between successful people and really successful people is that really successful people say no to almost everything.” So, if you want to become successful, you need to learn to say No when it’s a right thing to say. It doesn’t mean that you have to say No to everything, but be smart and selective!
