Q: How do I find qualified and top tier candidates in this tight market, with unemployment rates
hitting record lows?
A: Have no fear, you are not alone. A lot of companies are having the same issues when it comes to

candidates “actively” looking for new positions right now. In recruiting, we call this a “candidate
market,”where the few qualified and top tier job seekers have their pick of openings and companies are
finding themselves losing out to competition who offer higher salaries or better benefits.
