A. It’s a tight market for qualified good candidates. You are going to get the best pull of qualified folks if you hire directly instead of temping. You also need to sell your company now and list the attributes of why someone would want to work for your company and the extra benefits
you offer. The benefits don’t have to be elaborate: casual dress, Starbucks runs, whatever perks you have. We have a client with a deck, and they have a fun committee!
