Your background and skill set:
• Heavy volume phones, need someone who can handle multiple lines ringing at one time
• Looking for two years in an Administrative Assistant Position and/or Administrative support position.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent interpersonal and customer Service skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, and Excel)
• Professional Appearance and demeanor
• Able to work well in a team environment
What you would be doing:
You will be maintaining the front desk duties while fielding calls and greeting incoming clients and visitors.
• Answer phones and greet incoming visitors.
• Keep lunchroom stocked and make sure its straightened up, you will also order office supplies.
• Scan heavy volume mail into their electronic systems
• Special projects as assigned.
