Our client is a well-established and growing Software firm seeking an experienced Recruiter to help fill several open Sales positions within the firm. The ideal candidate will be a confident decision maker and able to succeed in the role with minimal direction. The assignment’s responsibilities include;
Partner with HR and hiring managers to effectively determine staffing needs
Create and update job descriptions
Recruit and interview qualified candidates; manage entire candidate submittal process
Administer employment pre-employment screening, including reference and background checks
Contribute to developing best interview and recruitment practices
This is a full-time, Monday-Friday position- while there is no guarantee of a longer term role, there is certainly potential for that opportunity to arise as this firms grows.
1-2 years Full-Cycle recruitment experience
Highly professional and effective communication skills
Proficiency in MS Office
Knowledgeable of standard HR policies and employment laws
